    Do not rent at Kensington Place Apartments. Apartments are full of mold and some of my clothes and leather items were destroyed. I also developed an asthmatic condition that resulted from living here. When a guest visited, she had to leave because she couldn't breathe well and recommended I move immediately. I did. I contacted management several times with letters and pictures of my destroyed items and medical receipts, and my contact was ignored. I complied with Sections 12 and 13 in the lease. Other renters have made the same complaint. Beware. Do not move here.

    WOW! How can you not Love the Green Team? Mary Love is extremely experienced and knowledgable when it comes to helping you sell your home. She is professional, ethical and keeps you informed of what is happening. If you listen to Mary and do as she suggests, your house should sell quickly. That means believing her when she says "get rid of the clutter and personal items." That means not arguing when she tells you that what you think your house will sell for may be "pie in the sky." That means trusting that she has been doing this long enough to know what she is talking about. That means realizing that her experience and lack of emotional attachment to your house is what gets it sold. Isn't that what you want? The listen to Mary! She's the best realtor I've EVER worked with - and I've worked with many.
