    ** Update: We have now been through 2 more full shifts in management and maintenance. A few weeks ago I was cat-called by some of the construction workers, I ignored it, then it happened again. My boyfriend went up to the office to complain to the new office staff. They told him that if it happens again to get it on camera. I was appalled that these ladies response was 'if it happens again.' So I went and spoke with them myself, I was told that they contacted the construction company and it was taken care of. Last week I found out that this was not true, the main construction manager lives in the building, after meeting and speaking with this man, he told me that no one had contacted him about the matter. So I was bold faced lied too! I called Carroll Management and was told that this could not be true, that I needed to give the woman a break because it was her first week in the office. I was also told I would get a call back, which I'm still waiting for. Another problem I have is that the office has threatened to evict our neighbors, of two years, out of the neighborhood, because management forgot to charge them for monthly water and storage. They gave them a $2,000 bill and told them if they don't pay immediately they are going to start the eviction process. They did not offer a payment plan or anything, this is the fault management not the residents. Really, really, think twice before moving in. This place has been going down hill over the past year. There is trash, dog poop and glass everywhere! And when you complain all you get is Yes Yes Yes, but nothing gets done. ** They have their priorities wrong. I have gone through 3 whole shifts in management for the 2 years that I have lived here. They keep changing rules with every shift in management and focusing on the wrong things. They have initiated a $15.00 a month maintenance/grounds/pest control fee, which is fine, but the bees and grounds have never been/looked worse. There has been a noticeable wasps nest in plain view for the last month, i have complained to FOUR separate people working in the office (even sending pictures per their request) and nothing has been done! I am severely alergic to anything that stings, and I have made this fact known, and still nothing has been done. To top it off I got a letter stating that the two small gnomes that I have outside my door will cost me a $50 fee if they are not removed!! These items have been outside my door the entire two years I have lived here, but now they are a problem. I think Ascot Point has their priorities wrong! They are focusing on making the most money with doing the least amount of work. If I had not just renewed my lease I would have been gone. Please reconsider before you move to this property.
