If I could I would give these people 0 out of 5 stars. Please do your research online before using these people for any cremation services. Check out there Yelp reviews. I normally do like leaving reviews but if I can save someone from having the same bad experience with this company that I had it is worth my time leaving a review. We used this company because they were decently priced. Come to find out they are disorganized, rude and do not know how to run a proper business. My Horrible Experience: My mom and I had used this company in order to have a cremation done and somehow they were unable to tell us what had happened to the jewelry that was on our loved one's body at the time of dropping him off at their location directly from the autopsy location. The place that performed the autopsy reported at the time of them dropping our loved one's body off at the Mortuary that there had been jewelry (Wedding Ring, Family Ring, and a Native American Charm Necklace, all of which is irreplaceable) still on our loved one body. They noted that directly on the paperwork and gave the Mortuary a copy of that form. When we went to pick up the remains, we at that time asked them to return the jewelry. They had no idea what we were even talking about. That right there is not a very organized company. They are definitely far behind when it comes to professional level of communication. Someone even mentioned to us that is may have got cremated with the body. But again, they were unsure as to what really happened. Which by the way on their forms it states right on there that they DO NOT cremate jewelry. I find it hard to believe that would have happened without them noticing it because gold melts down differently... (Maybe they did accidently do it and they are trying to cover it up) who knows and we will never know. But the bottom line is we trusted them with our loved one and expected to receive those personal items back with the remains and that DID NOT happen. I will be reaching out to the company at this time to pursue further legal actions. But PLEASE do your research online before using this company. This is definitely not the first or probably not the last time they will have screwed over a family in a desperate time of need. Our family is experiencing high levels of pain and suffering and is very distraught over this horrible experience with this company. Please do not let this situation be yours to deal with in the future. There are far more established companies out there. You will never be able to replace items of a loved one. ="(
