  Hi Adam, Karen Abshire, here, to tell you the truth of Roger's divorce action. 1. He met someone on line. 2. Spent a weekend with her (while on leave) to make sure he had adequate living area. 3. Did not go back to BlackWater so as not to pay anything to me. 4. I offered him $35,000 cash settlement and since the vehicle is in his name and he said he has NO intention of getting it (it will be repossesed) that he also provide me $10,000 to purchase a vehicle that I can use for physician appointments, tests, etc. 5. He is claiming "no income" but I believe he went out on "physical injury leave" which he knows (by talking to a guy he was stationed with in Iraq who was truly injured" that the insurance pays $5000 a month. 6. I do not believe he even went back to fake his injury and is scrambling to find a way to get away with paying nothing. 7. I believe you should advise him to come up with (at least) a monthly sum (since he DID tell me (have in writing) $3000 a month. 8. I also understand that "infidelity" is not grounds for divorce but the judge will take into account the fact that he was and ducking paying his disabled wife any money.
