  Do not rent at Kensington Place Apartments. Apartments are full of mold and some of my clothes and leather items were destroyed. I also developed an asthmatic condition that resulted from living here. When a guest visited, she had to leave because she couldn't breathe well and recommended I move immediately. I did. I contacted management several times with letters and pictures of my destroyed items and medical receipts, and my contact was ignored. I complied with Sections 12 and 13 in the lease. Other renters have made the same complaint. Beware. Do not move here.

  The apartment is very nice and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. However, maintenance must be extremely overworked. I have put in several maintenance requests over the course of 5 months. The only request that has been completed is what was needed to be done the first week we moved in. When I called to see the status after weeks/months of waiting for them, I called the office to find that none of my work orders were in their system. ***RATING UPDATE: In the last few months, the office has been very attentive of my maintenance needs. Travis works on the maintenance crew, and goes above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied! He has shown up within minutes of calling for emergency maintenance issues. He is very friendly, and helpful! Because of the changes, we plan to stay much longer than anticipated!
